The present invention finds application in the field of watchmaking, and more particularly watches, generally constituted by a drive mechanism in movement of indicator hands moving in front of a dial indicating the time, this set being arranged in a housing and covered by a glass.
The aforementioned mechanism is primarily intended to drive the hour and minute hands, but also, depending on the type of watch, to give other indications such as the date in an opening of the dial.
The internal mechanism is in connection with an external member passing through a lateral side of the housing, which is intended to be actuated in rotation in its main winding function, but also, by moving axially, to act on other functions such as setting the time or date.
In the latter case, the winding is actuated in rotation, but also in other axial positions.
In order to facilitate the actuation of such a mechanism, it is well known to provide at the outer end thereof a crown often notched favoring gripping.
There are different types of crown, the most common is the screwed crown, which has the advantage of not being able to operate the crown to which it is subject only after unscrewing.
This has the effect, on the one hand to protect the winder against shocks, and therefore the functions it controls, and on the other hand to increase the seal of the watch by adding additional seals.
But other types of crowns exist and the invention relates to a watch winding comprising a torque ring associated in axial displacement and in rotation with a threaded pin for passing through a housing, via a fixed tube on it, and to be connected at one of its ends with a winding stem of a drive mechanism.
Whatever the type of crown, a disadvantage of all lies in the transmission of the torque of the crown to the winding stem, and consequently to the mechanism, when a rotation is applied to the crown by a user.
This is why different torque limiting systems have already been proposed to transmit to the rod a rotational movement according to a limit torque and there occurs a disengagement beyond this torque. This allows to protect the movement.
But these systems are generally complex and the invention relates to a simple system, adaptable to any type of crown.
For this purpose, according to the invention, the disengaging means are characterized in that they are interposed between the ring and the head of the threaded axis and are constituted by three flexible blades, elastically deformable, integral with the crown and forming between them an equilateral triangle, said blades co-operating in drive or in deformation with the head of the threaded shaft having at least three right sides forming part of the triangle formed by the blades.
The present invention also relates to the features that will emerge during the following description, which should be considered in isolation or in all their possible technical combinations, while remaining within the scope of the independent claim 1.
This description given by way of non-limiting example, will better understand how the invention can be made with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:<tb> Fig. 1 <SEP> is an axial sectional view of a watch winder in an embodiment of the invention comprising a torque ring, mounted on a watch case.<tb> Fig. 2 <SEP> is a sectional view of the crown, along the line II-II of FIG. 1.<tb> Fig. 3 <SEP> is an exploded perspective view of the various components of the ring according to FIGS. 1 and 2 .<tb> Figs. 4, 5, 6 <SEP> represent a ring according to the preceding figures, respectively: in inactive initial position; after turning the crown 90 ° without encountering any resistance; after encountering resistance and initiating a start of walkout.
The torque wrench 1 is intended for a watch winder.
It is associated in axial displacement and in rotation with a threaded pin 2 passing through a housing 3, via a tube 4 fixed thereto, and in connection with one of its ends 2a with a winding stem (not shown) of a drive mechanism.
According to the invention, disengaging means are interposed between the ring 1 and the head 5 of the threaded shaft 2 and are constituted by three flexible strips 6, 7, 8, elastically deformable, integral with the ring 1 and forming between them an equilateral triangle, said blades 6, 7, 8 cooperating in drive or in deformation with the head 5 of the threaded shaft 2 having at least three right sides 5a-5f forming part of the triangle formed by the blades 6 , 7, 8.
Such an arrangement allows the ring 1 to rotate the threaded shaft 2, and consequently the winding stem, to a predetermined torque by the resistance to deformation of the blades 6, 7, 8, solicited by the sides 5a-5f of the threaded axis 2, torque beyond which the clutch of the ring 1 relative to the axis 2 occurs.
The option of three blades 6, 7, 8 is preferred because it has the advantage not only of forming a declutching of the threaded shaft 2 simple and effective, but also to achieve a self-centering of the crown 1 with respect thereto.
The clamping of the blades 6, 7, 8 on the head 5 of the threaded shaft 2 has the effect of eliminating the games that can occur due to manufacturing tolerances.
One could also imagine making a crown 1 incorporating a number of blades different from three, that is to say, one, two, four, etc., but the tests have shown that the aforementioned advantages were not obtained.
Thus the head 5 of the threaded shaft 2 is constituted by a number of 5a-5f multiple of three sections, forming part of the triangle formed by the blades 6, 7, 8.
According to the present embodiment, the head 5 of the threaded shaft 2 consists of six right sides 5a-5f, forming a regular hexagon, forming part of the equilateral triangle formed by the blades 6, 7, 8 .
Furthermore, the blades 6, 7, 8 are made of a material and according to a dimensioning capable of giving them flexibility as a function of the release torque to obtain.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the blades 6, 7, 8 are made integral with an upper housing 9 of a ring 10, itself attached in a bore 11 of the ring 1 and in which ring 10 is housed the head 5 of the threaded shaft 2, the ring 10 also having a lower housing 12 in which is housed with clearance the fixed tube 4, itself traversed with clearance by said threaded shaft 2.
The upper housing 9 and lower 12 of the ring 10 are separated by a partition 13 having a through hole 14 traversed with clearance by the threaded shaft 2, a shoulder 15 of the head 5 bears on the peripheral rim said hole 14.
A seal 16 is interposed axially between a lower peripheral face 17 delimiting the lower housing 12, and a washer 18 crimped against a shoulder 19 formed on the lower face 20 of the ring 1, said seal 16 being mounted in transverse compression between the bore 11 of said ring 1 and the fixed tube 4.

1. watch winder comprising a torque ring (1) and a tapped pin (2) associated in axial displacement and in rotation, with the threaded pin (2) for passing through a housing (3), via a tube (4) fixed thereto, and to be connected at one of its ends (2a) with a winding stem of a drive mechanism, characterized in that disengaging means are interposed between the ring (1) and a head (5) of the threaded axle (2) and are constituted by three flexible strips (6, 7, 8), elastically deformable, integral with the ring (1) and forming a triangle between them equilateral, said blades (6, 7, 8) being made of a material and according to a dimensioning able to give them flexibility as a function of the clutch torque to obtain and cooperating in driving or deformation with the head (5) of the threaded axle (2) having at least three right sides (5a-5f) s Inscribing in the triangle formed by the blades (6, 7, 8).

2. watch winder according to claim 1, characterized in that the head (5) of the threaded shaft (2) is constituted by a number of sides (5a-5f) multiple of three, forming part of the equilateral triangle formed by the blades (6, 7, 8).

4. watch winder according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the blades (6, 7, 8) are made integral with an upper housing (9) of a ring (10), itself fixedly fitted in a bore (11) of the ring gear (1) and in which ring (10) accommodates the head (5) of the threaded pin (2), the ring (10) also having a lower housing (12) in which the fixed tube (4), itself traversed with clearance by said threaded pin (2), is housed with clearance.

5. watch winder according to claim 4, characterized in that the upper housing (9) and lower (12) of the ring (10) are separated by a partition (13) having a through hole (14), crossed with clearance by the threaded pin (2), a shoulder (15) of the head (5) bears on the peripheral rim of said hole (14).

6. watch winder according to one of claims 4 or 5, characterized in that a seal (16) is interposed axially between a lower peripheral face (17), defining the lower housing (12), and a washer (18) crimped against a shoulder (19) formed on the underside (20) of the ring gear (1), said seal (16) being mounted in transverse compression between the bore (11) of said ring gear (1) and the fixed tube (4).
